Ember & Storm Gin Cocktail

‍Ingredients:

• ‍‍50ml Merchant's Flame Gin
• ‍20ml Fresh lime juice
• ‍15ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
• 3 dashes Aromatic bitters
• ‍100ml Spicy ginger beer (or ginger ale for a milder version)
• Orange peel & long peppercorns (for garnish)
• Ice

‍Method:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
